Quotations, delivery & service visits

This website accepts product and service enquiries. Sending a request asks our team for a quotation; it does not confirm an order or appointment.

90-minute delivery window: the window starts after order confirmation. We confirm stock and delivery coverage for your pincode before accepting the order.

Free delivery on product orders above ₹5,000. Eligibility uses the final product subtotal after discounts and before GST. Service charges do not count towards the product threshold. For smaller product orders, delivery charges are shown in the quotation before acceptance.

We confirm product specifications, stock, your pincode, delivery arrangements, service scope and scheduling with your quotation. Review materials, labour, delivery and applicable taxes before accepting.

Online payment is not available on this website. Confirm payment arrangements directly with our team before paying.

The advertised plumbing service charge covers a visit and assessment. Parts and additional work are quoted for approval. The current charge and inclusions are shown on the services page.

Changes, cancellation & product issues

Open My requests to review updates or cancel an active enquiry. For changes to an accepted quote, appointment or delivery, contact our team with the enquiry reference.

Ask us to confirm payment, cancellation and any return or refund terms for your particular quotation before accepting. If a supplied item has an issue, share the reference and photographs with our team.

Privacy notice

We collect the contact details, pincode, optional address, product selections, service descriptions, photos and notes you submit so our team can identify requirements, prepare quotations, arrange agreed work and respond to you.

Your enquiry and attached photos are available to your customer session and authorised business administrators. Please avoid uploading identity documents, payment card details or unrelated personal information.

We use browser storage for your draft list and an essential session cookie for guest access. Guest access on a browser lasts up to 30 days; this is an access period and does not mean enquiry records are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Enquiry records are retained for business follow-up. Contact us using the number above to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss how your information is used.

Hosting and storage providers process data to operate the website. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. If you choose WhatsApp, its service and privacy rules apply. When WhatsApp login is enabled, your number is sent to the verification provider to deliver and check the code.
